Meet RiAnn Simmons, CNP-BC
RiAnn Simmons is a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of medical experience. RiAnn is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care to all her patients, with a strong focus on listening to them and understanding their individual health goals. RiAnn strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make informed healthcare decisions.
RiAnn earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Walden University and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical interests include regenerative medicine with an emphasis on muscular and joint pain management (non-narcotic), aesthetic treatments, and promoting overall wellness. RiAnn is skilled in regenerative injection therapies, including Prolozone® and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), and aesthetic treatments, including Botox, Dysport, and PRP facials with microneedling.
Known for her patient-centered approach, RiAnn believes that effective healthcare begins with building trust and strong relationships. She takes the time to educate patients, answer questions, and develop individualized treatment plans that support both their immediate needs and long-term health.
Outside of the clinic, RiAnn enjoys sightseeing, hiking, and spending time with family, friends, and pets. She is proud to serve the Fall River community and looks forward to helping each patient achieve a healthier life.
